About the Assistant Chief
Assistant Chief Mike Day heads up the Pampa Fire Department Operations Division.
Promoted to Assistant Fire Chief in 2015, Assistant Chief Day has been with the Department since 1985.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining Department operations
- Supervision of all Department activities
- Respond to and assume command of emergency operations
- Records, reports, payroll, grants
- Inspection and maintenance of Department’s vehicles and equipment
