We just recently started "T-shirt Tuesdays." We give away a t-shirt every 30 min in a random drawing!

1. Aquatic Center Entry Fees
a. Infant/Toddler (ages 3 and Under) - FREE ADMISSION
b. Youth (ages 4 – 17) - $6.00 per day
c. Adult (ages 18 and Up) - $7.00 per day
2. Aquatic Center Season Passes
a. Individual Season Pass - $150.00 per season
b. Individual “10 Visit” Pass - $50.00
c. Individual “20 Visit” Pass - $100.00
d. Family Season Pass (family of five) - $350.00 per season
3. Aquatic Center Lifetime Passes
a. Individual Lifetime Pass - $1,000.00
4. Aquatic Center Reservation Fees
The Pampa H20 Aquatic Center is available for rentals during as well as after normal
business hours. The Pool/Aquatic Center and/or Pavilion cannot be reserved by the
same group or person for consecutive weekends or day. No outside food or beverages
will be allowed inside the facility (except for a birthday cake) for any reservation. All
rental deposits are refundable if no damage occurs to the rental area and the cleaning
checklist is complete. The reservation/rental fees are listed below:
4.1 Deposit - $250.00 per rental
All pavilion rentals are 2-hour rentals. Pavilions may be rented for private use
during public swim hours. Only adults (18 years of age and older) can make
reservations. If pavilions are not rented they will be first come, first serve.
a. Round Pavilion (30ft. diameter) - $50.00 per 2 hours
a.1. Birthday Party Pack - $65.00 per 2 hours
Includes one t-shirt and individual ice cream treats (25 max.)
b. Rectangle Pavilion (20ft x 30ft.) - $75.00 per 2 hours
b.1 Birthday Party Pack - $90.00 per 2 hours
includes one t-shirt and individual ice cream treats (25 max.)
c. Park Shelter (20ft. x 30ft.) - $25.00 per 2 hours
4.3 Aquatic Center:
All facility rentals are 2-hour rentals. The facility may be reserved
for private parties during non-public swim hours. Only adults (18 years of age and
older) can make reservations.
a. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - $500.00 (8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
General Reservation Rules
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pampa, its agents and employees from and against any claims for damages or injuries to persons or property arising out of any use of the Facility and its premises by user. The user does hereby assume all liability and responsibility for bodily injuries, claims or suits for damages to persons or property of whatsoever kind or character, whether real or asserted, occurring in connection with the use of the Facility or its premises by User, his or its agents, servants, employees or subcontractors. The City of Pampa assumes no responsibility for any property placed in or about the Facility.
User agrees to assume all responsibility for any damages to premises, even above the deposited amount. Once reservation has ended a facility inspection will be performed. The rental deposit will be refunded if no building damage is detected. The refund will be available for pick up the next business day after 12:00 p.m.
User shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws. User may not physically attach materials in the facility. This includes using tape or tacks on a painted surface.
User agrees to leave premises in the same or better condition than that which existed prior to usage. This includes putting away all equipment, removing decorations, sweeping, wiping all tables and chairs, returning tables and chairs to appropriate location, picking up trash, and taking trash out to the dumpster.
The User is responsible for set-up and clean-up of facility and this time is included in the overall reservation time reserved on the written contract. Additional services and equipment are the responsibility of the user. If the building is not vacated at the specified time on the contract, additional time will be charged. City staff is not responsible for setting up or putting away tables, chairs, or any other equipment used during your reservation.
Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and gambling are prohibited at all City of Pampa facilities.
Cancellation policy: A $ 25 processing fee will be assessed on ALL cancelled reservations. Any reservation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit half of the rental fee.
Center staff reserves the right to determine whether a specified number of adult chaperones are required for an activity.
No oral agreements for use of City facilities will be considered. All reservations must be confirmed with written contract signed and approved by center staff and the User with fees and deposits paid in full.
The City of Pampa prohibits rental agreements to minors. All rental agreements must be made with a legal adult.
The City of Pampa prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, or handicap in its programs and activities.
