NOTICE TO BIDDERS

            The City of Pampa, Texas will receive Sealed Proposals for the following until 1:00 p.m., January 4, 2017, at which time they will be opened and read publicly in the City Commission Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 200 W. Foster Ave., Pampa, Texas;

VOICE OVER IP (VOIP) TELEPHONE SYSTEM

            Proposals will be for a lease or lease purchase of a multi-site, integrated VOIP Telephone System to service all the major facilities of the City of Pampa.

            Specification may be obtained from the Information Technology office (3rd Floor, Room 304, Kevin Webb, City Hall, 806-669-5787). Tax-Exemption Certificates shall be furnished upon request.

            Sealed proposals may be delivered to the Office of the City Secretary, Room 205, City Hall, Pampa, Texas or mailed to P.O. Box 2499, Pampa, Texas 79066-2499.  Proposals should clearly identify the recipient and should be plainly marked “VOIP TELEPHONE SYSTEM” and shall reflect the date and time of deadline. Proposals received after the specified deadline shall be rejected. Facsimile and email bids will not be accepted.

            The City of Pampa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted and to waive any formalities or technicalities.

            The City Commission will consider award for proposals at their next scheduled City Commission Meeting on January 9, 2017.
