Chamber Executive Director:

The Greater Area Pampa Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take the helm of the organization. This is an opportunity to be the business community’s advocate and spokesperson while leading a historic Chamber of Commerce. Some of the essential job functions include:

  1. Membership Maintenance and Growth
  2. Strategic Planning
  3. Fiscal Responsibility
  4. Technologically Skilled
  5. Record Keeping
  6. Member and Public Relations
  7. Community and Government Affairs
  8. Advertisement and Marketing
  9. Board Relations

The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communications skills with proven public relations and collaboration skills. They will have comprehensive financial management and a participative management style. Will be a conceptual thinker that can apply good judgement and empathy, with the ability to lead a team. Also, they will have knowledge and experience with strategic planning and execution of annual business and operational plans.

This position requires extensive computer time. Normal standing, bending, lifting in an office environment is required. Must be professional in appearance and have the business acumen to relate all levels of a corporation. Must maintain a high level of customer focus at all times.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package will be provided based on experience.
