Building & Grounds Superintendent-Oversees and performs modifications to the interiors and exteriors of City of Pampa facilities and structures including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry work. Contracts and oversees major repairs and renovations to all City of Pampa buildings and facilities. Prepares, submits and maintains annual budget for the Building & Grounds Department. Supervises all full-time and part-time staff in the Building & Grounds Department.

SALARY RANGE: |
$4,484 - $6,309 monthly |
|
WORK SCHEDULE: |
Monday – Friday 8:00a.m–5:00p.m. May have to come in before 8:00a.m. during severe weather and may occasionally stay after 5:00pm. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have electrical and carpentry experience, HVAC Certification. A maintenance background is desired. Must have basic understanding of and the ability to use multiple different tools. |
