Streets Equipment Operator

POSITION CLASSIFICATION:

Equipment Operator (Non-Exempt) - MT3

SALARY RANGE:

$2788 - $3736 monthly

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.                                            
Rotating On Calls on Weekends as needed. Must be available for night shifts as need and emergency events such as weather

SELECTION PROCESS TO BE UTILIZED:

Qualified applicants interviewed by the Streets Superintendent

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Performs a variety of tasks in support of   the maintenance of the City’s Streets.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of maintaining and fueling equipment, replacing parts, oil changes, etc. Class B CDL preferred but will train. Any concrete, asphalt, mechanical maintenance or bricklaying experience is desirable.
