POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
RECYCLING ATTENDANT
Recycling Attendant – Performs general labor duties pertaining to the Recycling and Landfill Departments, including litter collection inside the landfill and adjacent properties, working in the Recycling Center, general maintenance of buildings and equipment, mowing and trimming, the seasonal grass route, composting, and other various duties that may be assigned by a supervisor.

SALARY RANGE: |
$2788 - $3736 Monthly |
|
WORK SCHEDULE: |
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasionally work on Saturday and stay late, may have to work through the weekend when we have a brush burn, once maybe twice a year, and possibly during inspection. |

SELECTION PROCESS TO BE UTILIZED: |
Qualified applicants interviewed by the Landfill Superintendent. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
High school diploma or equivalent. No experience necessary, we will train on the job. Must be able to lift 50+lbs often, must be able to lift 100+lbs occasionally with help. Must have a valid drivers license. |
