Divisions
To ensure effective and efficient span of control, the Pampa Police Department is divided into several Divisions, with a command level supervisor responsible for the overall operation of each division. These divisions consist of the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division, Communications Division, and Administrative/Support Services Division. Outside of these divisions, the department also has several specialized units including the Motors/Traffic Unit and area SWAT Team.
